How Support Works
Support plans are optional. They cover ongoing maintenance, small fixes, and help requests after launch.
If you’re not on a plan, no problem — support is available hourly.
Hourly Support (No Plan)
- Hourly Rate: $85/hr (billed in 15-minute increments)
- Response: best effort / first-come, first-served
- Good for: occasional fixes, quick changes, one-off training
Preferred Client Rates (Private)
Certain long-term partners may receive Preferred Client pricing and priority options based on an ongoing relationship.
Preferred rates are private and not publicly listed.

On-Site / Server

- Designed for local mini-PC hosted apps
- Up to 6 hours support / month
- Remote help + scheduled maintenance windows
- OS / Node update guidance
- Basic network/printer assistance (best effort)
Best for: shops + on-site operations
What’s Included (Typical)
- Bug fixes related to the original build
- Small changes and tweaks within the existing scope
- Guidance and training (“how do I…”) questions
- Help recovering from simple issues (reboots, updates, config checks)
What’s Not Included
- New features, modules, or major redesigns (quoted separately)
- Third-party outages or vendor issues
- Hardware replacement costs
- Issues caused by unauthorized changes
Fine Print (Plain English):
Plan hours do not roll over unless stated in writing. Additional time is billed hourly.
Mileage / on-site visits are billed separately unless a plan explicitly includes on-site service.
All support is subject to scheduling and availability.
