How Support Works

Support plans are optional. They cover ongoing maintenance, small fixes, and help requests after launch. If you’re not on a plan, no problem — support is available hourly.

Hourly Support (No Plan)

  • Hourly Rate: $85/hr (billed in 15-minute increments)
  • Response: best effort / first-come, first-served
  • Good for: occasional fixes, quick changes, one-off training

Preferred Client Rates (Private)

Certain long-term partners may receive Preferred Client pricing and priority options based on an ongoing relationship. Preferred rates are private and not publicly listed.

Plan hours do not roll over unless stated in writing. Additional time is billed hourly. Mileage / on-site visits are billed separately unless a plan explicitly includes on-site service. All support is subject to scheduling and availability.
